The thinking behind Hirebrew
Built to inspire.
Designed to convince.
A connected product deserves a connected website. The design decisions behind a clearer experience for every Hirebrew buyer.
Explore the design systemFrom brand impression to buying confidence
Reading this as an enterprise HR website for people leaders, operations teams and technology buyers, in a warm, precise, product-led language. The Hirebrew identity stays. The story becomes concrete: connected hiring, people operations and growth, with Nigerian and African working contexts at its heart.
The central idea is continuity. Context should travel with a person when work passes between recruiter, candidate, interviewer, manager and people team.
Six product destinations make the breadth understandable: Hire, Onboard, People, Grow, Intelligence and Brew AI. A role-based walkthrough makes the connections visible. An enterprise page gives buyers a place to examine rollout, integrations and governance.
Three references. One original direction.
Historical research notes from the official-site review recorded on 11 October 2026. These observations are retained from that design phase, not a new review of the sites today. They are not evidence that website design caused a company's growth, valuation or conversion performance.
| Reference | What we observed | What Hirebrew takes forward |
|---|---|---|
| Deel HR ↗ | Outcome-led hero, customer proof, connected product suite, benefits, ecosystem, customer stories, practical FAQs and a repeated demo action. | Explain the platform as connected work. Address migration, fit and implementation alongside features. Keep one clear assisted-buying path. |
| BambooHR ↗ | An AI introduction leads into grouped product capabilities, customer results, integrations, reviews, FAQs and a trial path. | Organise the suite around recognisable jobs: hiring, onboarding, people operations, development and workforce insight. Pair benefits with specific capabilities. |
| Lattice ↗ | Demo and self-guided tour choices, platform explanation, AI, everyday manager workflows, named customer evidence, integrations and resources. | Let visitors explore before speaking to sales. Show how different people participate, and connect AI assistance to a task rather than an abstract promise. |
We adapt information hierarchy, useful buying paths and the rhythm between explanation and evidence. We do not reproduce competitors' copy, artwork, screenshots, brand identities or customer proof.
Answer the questions behind the purchase
The reference observations below belong to the same historical research phase. Their purpose is to explain the buying questions that shaped Hirebrew, not to certify another provider's current offering.
Will it fit how we operate?
Deel's enterprise page explains how its offering fits existing HCM and finance systems, then addresses rollout, governance and integrations. Hirebrew should be equally specific about scope: which workflows it handles, which systems remain, and which connections need configuration.
Will our people use it?
Lattice's enterprise page connects employee adoption with useful people data and outlines the transition process. Hirebrew's role-based tour makes participation tangible: a candidate can reply, an interviewer can contribute and HR can see the handoff.
What can our team verify?
BambooHR's security page links concrete controls to supporting trust documentation. The lesson is evidence, not badges. Hirebrew should distinguish demonstrated workflows, configured services and items that need validation during a security review.
What happens next?
Lattice's demo page explains the consultation and offers alternatives for visitors not ready to talk. Hirebrew's next step should be just as clear: explore the walkthrough or prepare a focused evaluation brief. A local preview must never imply that a meeting was booked or a lead was sent.
A reason for every section
- Understand the promise. A clear enterprise outcome beside an illustrative product experience, not an unexplained sculpture.
- Find the right capability. Six product destinations organise the breadth without making buyers learn the internal menu.
- See the handoff. Follow one sample hiring journey across HR, candidate, interviewer and manager perspectives.
- Understand Brew. Explore an illustrative AI-assisted task with a visible human review step. The demonstration is not a live model.
- Recognise the context. Local examples and distributed-team workflows make African relevance concrete, without implying unsupported country coverage.
- Evaluate the fit. Enterprise information and useful resources support conversations about rollout, integration scope and controls.
- Resolve the remaining questions. Direct answers lead to a focused next step, with no invented results or hidden submission.
Future-facing, without losing the human
The Handoff mark connects two folded bands through an open negative-space channel. Its interlocking form represents people, collaboration and progress. The established wordmark remains an outlined vector asset. The current website pairs white space and dark-green type with green actions, soft pastel sections and rounded product surfaces.
DM Sans now unifies headlines, explanations and controls across the website. It is a self-hosted, openly licensed alternative to the proprietary Matter typeface in the later Lattice platform reference. Earlier Bricolage page typography and coral action colours belong to the original exploration, not the current website system. The original wordmark artwork is retained.
Consistent navigation, six product destinations, tailored solution pages and clearly labelled illustrative demos help buyers keep their bearings. Product compositions and purposeful interactions carry the optimistic feeling. Decorative effects should never make the experience harder to read or use.
Responsive layouts, keyboard access, visible focus and reduced-motion consideration remain design requirements. Test the experience with real enterprise buyers, including people reviewing it on mobile devices and slower connections.
Craftwork as guidance, not a shortcut
The requested Craftwork wizard installed the project's design guidance during the original identity work. Its principles continue here: start from the audience and page type, study references, let product evidence lead, limit typography and motion, and preserve an existing design system.
Authenticated Craftwork asset downloads were not connected. The public resource catalog was consulted during the first direction; no protected preview or paid asset is shipped. The original generated sculpture remains part of the brand exploration, not evidence of a product capability. Logo and pattern assets are original vector work.
Confidence comes from honest proof
This local marketing experience is not a production-readiness certificate. Sample data, guided interactions and AI examples must remain clearly identified. Payroll records are not proof of payroll execution. A configurable handoff is not a certified integration. A security requirement is not an achieved certification.
Before public launch, approve product claims and commercial terms, connect the real contact destination, verify integration and security status, review privacy language and add customer evidence only with permission.
What we would test next
Can a buyer explain Hirebrew after the first screen? Find a relevant workflow? Understand what Brew does and where people decide? Identify the right implementation questions? Take the next step without confusion? Those are testable goals. The redesign is a reasoned starting point, not a claim of measured commercial success.
